Table Quail Eggs

Japanese quail eggs may be smaller than chicken eggs, but they far surpass them in nutritional value. Rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, they are easily digestible and thanks to their delicate taste popular with children, athletes, and health-conscious individuals.

They are similar to chicken eggs but have a finer, more delicate flavor.

All you need is a pair of special quail egg scissors, which we can provide for you. You'll open a few eggs quickly, and after a bit of practice it becomes second nature.

The minimum shelf life is 28 days. When stored properly at +5°C to +18°C, they last significantly longer. Thanks to their stronger shell and naturally higher lysozyme content, they spoil more slowly than chicken eggs.

Per gram, they contain more protein, iron, and B vitamins than chicken eggs. They are also rich in selenium and phosphorus, which is why they are often recommended as a nutritional supplement for children and athletes.

Quail eggs have a different protein profile, so many people allergic to chicken eggs tolerate them without issues. Nevertheless, we recommend starting cautiously.

The risk is very low, as quails have a higher body temperature and are naturally more resistant to salmonella than chickens. Additionally, our birds are kept in a clean environment under hygiene supervision.

Our quails are raised without antibiotics, hormones, or anticoccidials. We mix our own feed from local, GMO-free ingredients and continuously optimize its composition to meet the birds' needs. Our eggs are always fresh, with the laying date on every package.
